Elementary lead GUIDE
FULL TIME
Our Lady's Montessori School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lead Guide (Teacher) to serve our growing number of 1st-3rd grade students. We are looking for a mature individual who has a deep love for the Catholic faith, dedication to helping children thrive, organized work habits, ability to multitask, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong candidates will have a solid background in the field of education, experience identifying student special needs, and broad cultural experience. Montessori diploma or education in Montessori philosophy preferred.

10-15 hours per week
Level I CGS Certification Required
Strong Knowledge of and commitment to the Roman Catholic Faith. It is required that this employee be an actively practicing Catholic
Must be able to build Lesson Plans for each child, each week
You will need to pass a Background Check, complete VIRTUS Training, and sign the Employee Code of Conduct
